Justin Roy Fugate, age 32, of Franklin, OH; passed away on Tuesday July 31, 2012. Justin was born in Dayton, OH on March 10, 1980 to Roy and Laurel (Priest) Fugate. He graduated from Franklin High School and served in the U.S. Navy for 4 years. Justin was currently employed at Advanced Technologies. He is survived by his parents Roy and Laurel; Kimberly Fugate, the mother of their children, Lucinda Louise and Lucas Roy; a brother Christopher Chad and wife Heather; a sister Sally Jayne; grandparents Lois Fugate and Ted and June Priest; a great grandmother Leona Priest; 3 nieces and nephews Paige, Eli, and Colton; and a host of aunts, uncles, and cousins. Funeral services are Saturday August 4, 2012 at 1pm at Anderson Funeral Home 1357 E. 2nd St Franklin, OH. Burial will be in Woodhill Cemetery.
